Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all Ikaika Huna products. A customer is any natural or legal person or partnership that has concluded a contract with Ikaika Huna.
1.) Scope
The T&Cs apply to all products provided by Ikaika Huna. The current and binding version of the GTC is available on the Internet at http://www.ikaikahuna.com published. By submitting an order to Ikaika Huna, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and expressly agree to them.
2.) Orders
The contractual relationship comes about as soon as the order has been confirmed in the shopping cart and we have accepted it electronically. All orders are confirmed by e-mail after receipt of the order. This should make it easier for the customer to check. With the sending of our confirmation e-mail, the order becomes binding. As soon as the amount has been credited to the account specified in the confirmation email, the item will be shipped to the specified delivery address within 4 (four) - 10 (ten) working days. Delivery obstacles will also be communicated to you as soon as possible by e-mail. With your order you confirm that you are aware of the scope and content of your order. Questions in this context can therefore be clarified with us in advance.
3.) In case of non-payment
After the payment period has expired, a reminder e-mail is sent first, giving the buyer a grace period to pay the purchase price. If payment is not made by the new deadline, legal action will be taken. The resulting additional costs are to be borne by the buyer.
4.) Compensation
Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or due to late or non-delivery are strictly excluded. The color of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual color of the product.
5.) Payment options
The following payment options are available:
- PayPal
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
6.) Delivery Terms
Orders placed via the online shop are delivered to Switzerland. For deliveries abroad, please contact us by email. We endeavor to deliver the goods to be delivered as quickly as possible after the conclusion of each action. The items ordered are usually sent to the account specified in the confirmation email within 4 (four) - 10 (ten) working days after receipt of payment of the purchase price. In the event that an order does not arrive on a desired delivery date or on a delivery date communicated by the customer, claims for damages are excluded. Use and risk of the purchased items pass to the buyer upon dispatch of the delivery from the warehouse.
7.) Care/Handling
Ikaika Huna accepts no liability whatsoever for the customer's misconduct in the care and/or handling of the delivered items.
8.) Doing Good
For each product ordered, we donate 3 Chf for the children's foundation Sternschnuppe. Here, an amount is passed on to the Sternschnuppe Foundation each year or by agreement.
9.) Data Protection
Ikaika Huna undertakes to process your customer data carefully and to observe the provisions of the relevant data protection legislation. In particular, no data will be passed on to third parties. However, no liability can be assumed for the security of the data transmitted on the Internet.
10.) Marketing
Ikaika Huna reserves the right to use the e-mail, address and telephone number provided when ordering for its own marketing purposes (newsletter & more). You can be excluded from this by sending a personal email to surf(at)ikaikahuna.com.
11.) General Liability
It is hereby expressly pointed out that no liability claims can be asserted against Ikaika Huna for indirect damage or consequential damage by the customer, unless damage is caused by Ikaika Huna intentionally or through gross negligence. In particular, you are responsible for damage caused by accidents, etc., which result from handling hardware (bags, etc.).
12.) Changes
We reserve the right to adjust our products, prices and these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Corresponding adjustments will be announced in a suitable manner on our homepage and in the General Terms and Conditions. This version is dated Mars 5, 2023.
